This variant is the most frequently ordered version of rePET functional headbands. The elastane (similar to Lycra) material used is pleasantly soft and very breathable. The surface structure is very smooth and therefore ideal for printing. Even the most delicate advertising motifs and graphic elements and the smallest fonts and texts can be printed precisely on this material. This material is also best suited for printing photorealistic motifs and designs. Compared to the alternative materials microfiber and jersey, elastane has a slight sheen depending on the print motif and the selected color.

This version is made with 2 layers and a width of 10 cm as standard. Of course, you can also order it in the narrow version (6 cm wide) or in any other size you want and have us make it for you.

Outside like our standard model "Double-sided elastane wide", but the inner layer is not made of elastane, but of fleece. The fleece is microfleece with a fine structure. This provides additional warmth and offers additional protection from the cold without making the rePET running headband unnecessarily thick. This variant is primarily intended for use in the cold season and for activities in cold weather conditions.
Manufactured as standard in the wide version (10 cm high), but also available on request in the narrow version (6 cm high) and in any desired size. Unlike versions where both layers are made of elastane, only the outside (made of elastane) can be fully printed. With the inside made of micro fleece, you cannot have any print motifs shown, but you can specify the basic color of the fleece according to Pantone.

This recycled PET headband made of RPET functional material is – except for the width – identical to the top recycled headband made of functional material version “Double-layered elastane wide”. As the names suggest, they only differ in their dimensions. This narrow version has a width of 6 cm instead of 10 cm. Depending on the intended use and personal preference, one or the other format is better suited to your marketing project.
All other product attributes are identical. Double-layered construction made of elastane material. Both layers, both outside and inside, can be printed on the entire surface and without any borders. No restrictions whatsoever regarding planned print motifs and design ideas. All print templates can be implemented perfectly, including photorealistic advertising motifs.

This version is produced as usual from two layers. Unlike its relatives, however, these layers are not made of elastane, but of microfiber. This material is also used as standard in another promotional item, the promotional multifunctional scarf. Like its counterpart elastane, it also has a very high level of functionality and is extremely breathable, moisture-wicking and can serve as both cold/wind protection and sun/UV protection. The soft feel makes it comfortable to wear. It is also stretchy and adapts flexibly to the wearer's condition.
The microfiber material is also very suitable for printing. Both simple texts, such as company names and advertising slogans, as well as advertising motifs such as company logos or other graphic elements. Due to the somewhat coarser textile structure, very small printed elements cannot be reproduced as sharply as on the smoother elastane material. Nevertheless, in the end it is only your personal, purely subjective taste that decides whether you want your recycled functional headband made of elastane or, as here, of microfiber.

In this version, the basic material of the two layers is not a polyester-like material, as is the case with elastane and microfiber, but cotton.
