All of these mouth and nose masks with logo variants have similar wearing and filter properties. They differ primarily in price and slightly in the feel. This is very pleasant in all variants, but it may be personal taste that finds wearing printed community masks made of cotton or polyester more pleasant.

In general, it can be said that both materials feel soft on the skin and have a similarly high level of breathability. In terms of price, the textile face mask variant made of polyester is slightly cheaper than its sister model made of cotton.
Your desired print motif can also be a deciding factor in which of the two materials is suitable for you. Simple logo templates and lettering can be printed well on both materials. However, detailed motif templates with delicate graphic elements, small texts or color gradients can only be printed on the slightly smoother surface of the polyester material. The same goes for photorealistic advertising motifs.

The cotton mask is printed using screen printing for simple motifs. More complicated print templates, with very delicate design elements, small letters or color gradients, are implemented using digital printing. The same goes for photorealistic motifs. Such advertising prints are only possible on the polyester version; the surface structure of cotton is not suitable for this.

We generally deliver printed everyday masks with logos and fabric masks with logos in a transparent polybag. If desired, a cardboard insert or flyer printed with an advertising motif can be included in the packaging. If you would like to avoid packaging as much as possible for ecological reasons, we are happy to deliver to you or your customers without individual packaging.

According to the Product Safety Act (ProdSG), distributors of promotional gifts and merch products are obliged to provide their address (your or our company address) and a clearly identifiable product number. We print this legally required marketing information on a small sticker, either on the outside of the packaging or directly on or in the makeshift mask.

Printed cotton masks with a logo are not medical protective items, such as sterile surgical masks or air-filtering FFP2 respirators, and therefore do not have the same functions and filter properties. But promotional fabric masks and branded makeshift masks also have a certain degree of filter function and can help protect yourself and those around you from droplet transmission and infection.
